Pork Shoulder, originally uploaded by Another Pint Please....

You can see I am on somewhat of a rotisserie kick. This is the first time I have cooked a shoulder on gas...and on a rotisserie. The results were again superb. Although my heat output was a little high, I was still happy...and so were our guests.
