My idea of a last minute meal is grilled chorizo enchiladas. Have an enchilada recipe you love? Substitute "oven" for "grill" and take it outside. You will wonder why you didn't try it sooner.
Speaking of sausage, after spending the weekend stuffing pounds, it only made sense to have it hit the grill. Nothing beats fresh kielbasa.
There is no such thing as too much sausage.
Finally, I've got a project coming up this month which required a new picture of yours truly. Let's just say I prefer shooting food. Also, grills are hot.
