One of my favourite pub dishes I learned to know and love when I lived in the UK most certainly is Beef & Guinness Pie. The recipe on Guinness website is the best.
Hmmm Beef & Guinees pie. Now that is good! I will have to check out the recipe. I was just reading something else about marinating with Guinness. It is that stout time of the year I guess...
